The previous government did not take effective measures to observe merit in loan programs in the past. The small projects would establish entrepreneurship and generate more jobs for unskilled labor. The loan program is highly beneficial for the young and talented people, who have ideas but do not have sufficient amount to start their business set up. This is a welcoming step and we should appreciate the government for taking such a great initiative.
