India not in favor of resolving bilateral issues through dialogue:

Air Marshal (Retd) Shahid Latif (Defense Analyst): Kashmir situation has already been volatile. The Indian government did not allow the opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and others to enter the Held Valley that indicates how much volatile is the situation in the occupied Kashmir. Since many RSS extremists have entered in Jammu & Kashmir in military outfits, we are speculating genocide at large scale in Kashmir. United Nations has given the Kashmiris their right to self-determination and they can decide for their future through plebiscite but India unilaterally revoked Article 370 and 35A and abolished the special status of Kashmir, which is unacceptable to Pakistan. The leaders of different countries have also admitted that Narendra Modi has violated international charters and bilateral agreements with Pakistan. India illegally occupied a disputed territory against international treaties. Pakistan already conveyed a message of peace and harmony and we stood by it. But it is India that is not in favor of resolving bilateral issues through dialogue.
