In occupied Kashmir , the Chairman All Parties Hurriyet Conference Syed Ali Gilani has said that civilian killings are part of a well-planned strategy by the authorities.

In a statement issued in Srinagar, he said filling of graveyards with innocents is a well-planned strategy of the authorities and those delivering sermons on the education and well-being of kids.

Meanwhile, the forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has warned that frequent skirmishes at the Line of Control have potential to escalate into a full-fledged war between Pakistan and India.

In a statement in Srinagar, the forum said Kashmir dispute remains the core problem between the two countries and   global fora across the world can play a role to resolve the dispute between them.
