US President Joe Biden has said that he is hopeful about the US-Russia strategic stability talks, whose first round took place earlier this week in Geneva.

Talking to reporters at the White House, he said we are in the process and I am hopeful regarding the talks.

Earlier, the United States and Russia in their strategic stability talks in Geneva on Wednesday had discussed the situation in the security sphere and prospects of establishing new nuclear arms control.
