Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has approved three hundred and fifty-six schemes in different sectors under annual development programme for the next fiscal year.

The approval was given at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pervez Khattak in Peshawar on Tuesday.

The schemes include establishment of ten new post graduate colleges, two new public libraries, seventy three playgrounds, development of seventy tourist resorts and solarization of tube-wells.

Pervez Khattak directed works and communication department to prepare a standard design for buildings of town offices in the province.
