UNSC meets on Wednesday to discuss deadly violence against Rohingya muslims
The United Nations Security Council is meeting on Wednesday to discuss the deadly violence against Rohingya muslims by Myanmar security forces in Rakhine state.
Meanwhile, Rohingya Muslims fleeing to Bangladesh from escalating violence in Myanmar are facing the growing danger of sickness and diseases.
Bangladesh authorities are sending them home, despite a United Nations plea that they may be allowed to seek shelter.
At least 109 Rohingya muslims have been killed by security forces in Myanmar so far during the last one week of clashes.
