The Gilgit Baltistan Assembly was informed on Saturday that federal government has given 129 billion rupees PSDP Projects to Gilgit Baltistan.

Speaking on the floor, Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has laid foundation stone of Harpo power project during his recent visit to Gilgit Baltistan.

The Chief Minister said that federal government has also delegated power to Gilgit Baltistan government under Order 2018 for making up to one hundred megawatt projects at provincial level.   

The House also unanimously approved three resolutions on Saturday.

The first resolution condemned the sacrilege of Holy Quran in Norway while the second resolution demanded implementation on the newly announced four districts in Gilgit Baltistan by provincial government.

In another resolution the house demanded inclusion of CPEC-related projects of Gilgit Baltistan in PSDP.
