A conference on interfaith harmony in Muzaffarabad has supported operation Raddul Fasaad to root out the menace of terrorism.

The conference organized by Ministry of Religious Affairs was attended by scholars from all Islamic schools of thought and other religions.

Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf was chief guest.

The moot urged international community to make collaborated efforts to address its basic causes of extremism and terrorism, instead of linking Islam with them.    

The conference recommended to the United Nations to enact laws binding communities and individuals to respect holy places and personalities of all religions for lasting peace and harmony.
