Five Pakistan nationals stranded in India due to COVID-19 pandemic successfully returned to home country via Attari-Wagah border today.
According to a press release of Pakistani High Commission New Delhi, they came to India on medical visas and were stranded in New Delhi due to coronavirus - related restrictions.
Earlier, four stranded Pakistan nationals were repatriated via Attari-Wagah border on 2t0th of this month.
Pakistan High Commission remained in close contact with the Indian side as well as the relevant authorities in Islamabad to firm up expeditious and safe return of these Pakistanis.
In close coordination with both Indian and Pakistan sides, the Mission is making all-out efforts for early return of the remaining Pakistan nationals stranded in India.
