Pakistan and India are in the state of mutual deterrence. People keep on saying about no first use policy. Pakistan has offered India a no aggression pact but it is not ready for it. They will never be able to look at us with a dirty eye. Now, wars between countries are non-kinetic in nature. It is not about bombs and tanks but economic and diplomatic warfare is going on now. These are hybrid and low intensity wars whereby countries are undercutting each other. Conventional weapons do not respond to these threats. We should be strong in economic and diplomatic sectors as well.
