Govt providing maximum relief to IDPs: Qadir
SAFRON Minister says 80 per cent disbursement of 55,000 rupees among each affected family has been completed.
Minister for States and Frontier Regions Abdul Qadir Baloch has said federal government is providing maximum relief to the IDPs of North Waziristan.
He was addressing the IDPs at a relief camp in the Bakka Kheil area of FR Banuu on Monday.
The Minister said he has come to wish Eid greetings to the IDPs on behalf of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Later talking to newsmen, he said eighty percent disbursement of 55000 rupees among each affected family has been completed.
He said Pakistan Baitul Maal has distributed twenty thousand and Fauji Foundation fifteen thousand ready-made clothes among the children of affected people.
Abdul Qadir Baloch said there is effective coordination among the Federal and Provincial governments, Pak army and FDMA in carrying out relief activities for IDPs.
