China has reiterated its commitment to safeguarding of national territorial sovereignty and security besides peace and stability in border area with India.

Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesperson Zhao Lijian during his regular briefing in Beijing said China’s position on the border related issues is clear and consistent.

He said the Chinese side strictly observing the agreements between the two countries.
