International investment conference opens in Islamabad
Over 240 delegates from different countries are attending the summit.
A two-day International Investment Conference on "Priority Sectors and Legal Framework for Investment in Pakistan” has opened in Islamabad under the auspices of the Board of Investment. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is chairing the inaugural session of the summit.
The conference is aimed at highlighting incentives and opportunities for investment in various sectors in Pakistan.
Over 350 delegates, including 241 from abroad, are participating in the conference.
The participants of the conference will exchange views on important economic sectors including power, oil and gas, infrastructure, trade and investment.
