Maulana Fazl urges world community to resolve Kashmir dispute
Chairman Kashmir Committee says Pakistan always supported dialogue with India as wars no solution to problems.
Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said Kashmir dispute is a threat for durable peace and prosperity of the South Asian region.
Talking to APP, he said the world should take steps to resolve this lingering dispute on the United Nations agenda according to the wishes of the people of Kashmir.
He said Pakistan has always supported dialogue with the government of India as wars are no solution to the problems.
He said Pakistan is a peaceful nation and wanted good relations with all its neighbors.
Maulana Fazalur Rehman said Pakistan believes use of force, coercion and violation of basic human rights by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir can never succeed in suppressing an indigenous struggle for a just cause.
He said Pakistani nation stands with Kashmiris for observing the Kashmir Day on February 5 for raising their voice for a just cause.
