Syrian Opposition to meet Russian envoys in Geneva
The main opposition group at Syrian peace talks in Geneva plans to meet Russian envoys later today to discuss political transition.
The High Negotiations Committee negotiator Mohammed Alloush told media that the opposition wanted to discuss the promises the Russians did not keep.
Alloush said the opposition would also talk on humanitarian situation and will emphasize that talks should focus on a real political change.
Meanwhile, Turkey-backed Syrian rebel groups clashed with government forces near al-Bab city in northern Syria.
A statement of Free Syrian Army claimed that twenty two soldiers of Syrian army were killed in the skirmish.
And in another development, a Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich has left for the Mediterranean where it will join the country's naval forces deployed near the Syrian coast.
