PM summons parliamentary leadersâ€™ meeting today
The meeting will discuss ways and means to make Senate election process transparent.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has convened a meeting of the parliamentary leaders in Islamabad today for exchange of views on making the Senate elections transparent.
This was stated by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, while talking to newsmen along with PTI leader Jehangir Tareen in Islamabad last evening.
He said PML-N and PTI are on the same page in curbing the menace of horse-trading in upcoming Senate elections.
Speaking on the occasion, Jehangir Tareen said that his party would support every effort of the government for transparent elections in the country.
