Steps being taken to deal with coronavirus threat in Sindh: Murad

Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that special measures are being taken to deal with the coronavirus threat in the province and a task force has been established in this regard. 

He was addressing a news conference in Karachi on Thursday after holding an emergency meeting about outbreak of coronavirus case in Pakistan.

The Chief Minister was informed that a control room has been established in the health department while isolation wards have also been established in various hospitals of the province.

Murad Ali Shah said we are also ensuring the availability of masks in the province on actual prices and action will be taken against anyone selling masks on increased price.

He said that the affected person of the coronavirus is being treated at the hospital while his family has been quarantined.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said schools have also been closed across the province and further strategy to deal with the situation is being devised.
