NAB has arrested five accused, including four bankers and one urea dealer, in connection with 1.6 billion rupees National Fertilizer Marketing Ltd. corruption case.

The accused have been arrested on allegations of forgery and fraud, misuse of authority and causing loss to national exchequer.

The accused helped the dealers purchase over fifty-nine thousand metric ton of urea in back dates on rates less than the ones applicable at that time.
