61 bodies found in collapsed Mosul building
In Iraq, sixty-one bodies have been recovered from a collapsed building in west Mosul that was used by the Islamic State militants.
In a statement today, Iraqi military claimed the building was booby-trapped and the militants had used residents inside basements as human shields.
Earlier, witnesses and local officials said two hundred bodies were pulled from a collapsed building after a US-led coalition strike targeted IS militants in al Jadida district last week.
U.S.-led coalition has confirmed a strike on militants in the area of the reported deaths, but said they are still investigating it.
