Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan to boost cooperation in diverse fields

Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to bilateral cooperation in economic, energy sectors.
This understanding reached during a delegation level talks between the Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan and Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz in Islamabad today.
The two sides exchanged views on further strengthening of bilateral relations in all areas of cooperation.
They attach particular importance to political-level contacts, cooperation between parliaments of the two countries, regional connectivity through infrastructure and people-to-people contacts.
The regional and international issues and measures for countering terrorism, extremism and menace of narcotic drugs also came under discussion.
