Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif postponed all of his engagements in Islamabad and decided to pay a visit to Quetta

During his visit, he will inquire about the health of those wounded in Quetta terrorist attack. The Prime Minister will chair a high-level meeting in Quetta with regards to law and order situation.

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif arrived in Quetta

He is accompanied by the Director General ISI and the Director General Military Intelligence

Condemnations

President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Police Training Center. The President directed the authorities concerned to ensure provision of best medical care to the injured. The Prime Minister directed the federal and provincial authorities to bring the perpetrators to task as soon as possible. Interior Minister have also strongly condemned the terrorist attack. The United States has also condemned the attack on police training center in Quetta. State Department spokesperson John Kirby said his country stands with Pakistan in this critical hour. He extended condolences to the relatives of dead and expressed sympathies with the injured
