Ahsan Iqbal inaugurates passport office and visits under-construction Sports City project in Narowal
Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that the PML-N government is making all-out efforts to rid the country of terrorism, energy crisis, and economic backwardness.
He was speaking at a function after inaugurating regional passport office in Narowal.
The Minister said the government was actively implementing the National Action Plan to eliminate terrorism from the country. He said Pakistani soil will not be used for terrorist activities against any other country.
Earlier, addressing a meeting, the minister said work is speedily under way on "Sports City" project with a cost of 2.7 billion rupees to promote healthy activities in Narowal. He also visited under construction Sports City.
