Pakistan witnesses 80 percent decline in terror attacks: Marriyum
Minister of State for Information says all-out efforts are being made to turn Quaid's dream into a reality.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says terrorist incidents have declined significantly in the country owing to concrete steps taken by the incumbent government.
Speaking at a function in connection with birthday of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on Sunday evening, she said the country have witnessed 80 percent declined in terrorist incidents.
The Minister further said that the economy of the country has been strengthened and power load-shedding reduced significantly. She said that there was no power load-shedding on the occasion of the Christmas.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Quaid's Pakistan is prosperous and developed and all-out efforts are being made to turn Quaid's dream into a reality.
She said that keeping in view the contribution of Quaid-e-Azam in the creation of Pakistan; it is the responsibility of all the Pakistan nationals to remember Quaid's sayings and acts throughout the year.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Information and Broadcasting Saba Mohsin underlined the need to follow the Quaid's teachings of unity, faith and discipline to move forward.
