Governor Sindh Mohammad Zubair has said that no society could progress without higher education.

He was addressing the certificate distribution ceremony at Ziauddin University in Karachi on Wednesday.

Chancellor of the university Dr. Asim Hussain, Vice Chancellor Dr. Pirzada Qasim, pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Nida and others were also present on the occasion.

He said promotion of higher education is top most priority of the government and underlined the need of promoting research in the universities.
