Federal Government has launched search of minerals in North Waziristan agency.

A spokesman of political administration of the agency told our Peshawar correspondent that digging has begun at seven areas of tehsil Datta Khel in this regard. Local tribesmen have been asked to get license from concerned officials for search of minerals.

It will provide job opportunities to two thousand tribesmen besides boosting trade and economic activities in the agency.
