In Iran, at least 11 people were killed in flash floods southern province of Fars.

Head of Iran’s emergency medical services, Pir Hossein Kolivand, said thirty-five people were injured in the flash floods.

Iranian state TV said several provinces were on high alert for imminent flooding because of heavy rains.
