UN chief condemns terrorist attacks in Pakistan
Ban Ki-moon reiterates that nothing justifies terrorism.
United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has condemned attack on Ashura procession in Jacobabad and the recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan and Sindh provinces.
A statement issued by his spokesperson in New York said the Secretary-General reiterates that nothing justifies terrorism.
He urged the government to take all necessary measures to bring to justice the perpetrators of these despicable acts and to do its utmost to protect its citizens, including all minorities.
The Secretary-General also extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the injured a swift recovery.
