Malik urges NBP authorities for opening more branches in province
CM Balochistan says youth should be given priority in appointments of National Bank.
Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) should open more branches and increase the number of ATMS in the province for the provision of facilities to the public.
He stated this while talking to a delegation of National Bank of Pakistan headed by its President Syed Ahmed Iqbal Ashraf in Islamabad.
He said that National Bank is a national asset and we want to see it further strengthened.
The Chief Minister urged that loans and special packages should be given to those local investors who want to invest in the sectors of agriculture, mining, and industries in the province.
He said that National Bank should provide banking facilities to the people in all areas of the province.
Dr Malik Baloch said that authorities of the NBP should also consider difficulties of the consumers of the Balochistan.
He further said that youth of the Balochistan should be given priority in the appointments of National Bank and jobs should be given on merit basis.
