Mainly dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country, while hot in central and southern areas during the next twelve hours. 

However, partly cloudy weather with light rain (light snowfall over mountains) is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:    

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad eleven degree centigrade, Lahore sixteen, Karachi twenty one, Peshawar fifteen, Quetta four, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad eight degree centigrade.

According to Met Office forecast in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag and Baramula while dry weather is likely to prevail in Jammu and partly cloudy/chances of rain thunderstorm is expected in Leh and Shopian.

Temperature recorded this morning in Srinagar, Anantnag and Baramula seven degree centigrade, Jammu seventeen, Leh minus three, Pulwama and Shopian eight degree centigrade.
