Occupied Kashmir: Complete shutdown being observed in Pulwama

In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed in Pulwama town of south Kashmir, on Monday, against the killing of four youth by Indian troops.

The troops martyred the youth during a cordon and search operation in Daramdora area of Shopian district, yesterday.

Hundreds of people offered prayers for the slain youth and express solidarity with the bereaved families.

Meanwhile, people took to the streets in different areas of Pulwama town and staged demonstrations against the killings. Indian troops fired pellets and teargas shells to disperse the protesters, injuring several of them.

On the other hand, the troops launched a cordon and search operation at Tumluhal area of Pulwama district.
