The social media giant Facebook suppresses voices against human rights violations by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir.

In its fresh drive of censorship, Facebook permanently blocked the account of prominent journalist and social activist Bilal Bashir Butt, who would manage the pages of several organizations including the official page of Jammu and Kashmir’s news portal onlykashmir.in.

An author Mushtaq-ul-Haq Ahmed Sikander said those who utilize these platforms for positive purposes find their accounts regularly being disabled.
