Saudi Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir has said that Saudi Arabia and the United States have agreed to develop a strong relationship to meet the regional challenges particularly extremism and terrorism.

Speaking at a news conference in Washington, he said Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman during his meeting with President Donald Trump also discussed efforts for peace in Syria and improving the humanitarian situation in Yemen.

Al-Jubeir said that they also talked about enhancing the strong relationship in the security fields and the exchange of intelligence to combat terrorism financing.
