Nisar directs FIA to submit plan for agency's reorganization
Interior Minister approves new sectors in capital to meet growing needs of low-income govt employees.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has directed Federal Investigation Agency to submit short term, medium term, and long-term plan for reorganization of the agency.
Chairing a meeting in Islamabad on Monday, he also approved in principal establishment of new sectors in the federal capital to meet the growing needs of low-income government employees.
The Minister directed Islamabad Capital Territory administration for establishment of special cell to check illegal land grabbing and address the grievances of land-owners in Islamabad.
The meeting was also briefed over the progress of suspension of CNICs and passports of proclaimed offenders and absconders and informed that NADRA has so far received a list of 7678 proclaimed offenders and absconders.
