World Health Organization (WHO) says Syria has authorized the delivery of medicine to opposition-held areas of Aleppo.
An official of the Organization Elizabeth Hoff said the government had also promised access to the Damascus and Eastern Ghouta.
She expressed hoped deliveries to Aleppo could be made by next week.
