In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, has said that India has forcibly enslaved Kashmiris by occupying a large part of Jammu and Kashmir on October 27, 1947.

In a statement issued in Srinagar, he said that the people of Kashmir were making an unprecedented history of sacrifices against the military occupation of India.

Mean while, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement has said that the Indian troops have been committing war crimes in the occupied territory during the past several decades.

APHC leader and the JKPM Chairman, Mir Shahid Saleem in a statement issued in Jammu has called upon the United Nations and the world community to play their role against Indian atrocities.
