Gilani urges UN to resolve Kashmir dispute at the earliest

In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said it is moral and political obligation of the UN to resolve the Kashmir dispute at the earliest and till its final settlement ensure the Kashmiris’ right to live with liberty and dignity.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed grave concern over the use of military might by India to suppress the political will and voice of the Kashmiri people.

Meanwhile, the bullet-riddled dead body of a civilian was recovered in Pulwama district, Thursday.

The body of Zahoor Ahmed Sheikh was recovered from Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Naira-Tahab area of the district.

The victim is said to be the brother of a prominent active member of Hizbul Mujahideen, Irfan Ahmed Sheikh.
