In India, police arrested noted Kashmiri human rights activist, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, when he was about to enter Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi. 

Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, the Chairman of International Forum of Justice and Human Rights, was invited among others including Hurriyat leaders from occupied Kashmir by the High Commission to attend the Pakistan Day function.
