The deadly coronavirus reaches across China's border with increase in number of infections in Iran and South Korea.                

In South Korea, the number of coronavirus patients has increased to 556 from 123 with death toll risen to five.

In Iran, twenty-eight people have tested positive for the virus while the death toll has reached seven.                       

Coronavirus cases have also been confirmed in Japan and Italy.
