Efforts underway for completion of development projects: Sikandar
Chief Secretary says Naltar power project will be completed in four phases.
Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Secretary Sikandar Sultan Raja has said that efforts are underway for timely completion of on-going development projects in energy sector to overcome load-shedding.
Taking to journalists in Gilgit, he said 14 megawatt Naltar hydro power project will be completed in four phases by the end of next year fiscal year.
He said PC-1 of power projects under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) have been sent to the forum concerned for approval.
Chief Secretary said sixty six power projects will be commissioned within the next three years which will produce eighty four megawatt electricity in the area.
