According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), different parts of the country received showers during the last 24 hours were Peshawar (A.P 22, City 16), Muzaffarabad 15, Abbottabad 09, Balakot 08, Islamabad (Z.P 07, Saidpur 02), Chirat 05, Malamjaba 03, Kohat 02, Rawalpindi and Risalpur 01.

While the maximum temperature of different cities recorded during the last 24 hours was: Dalbandin 44 °C, Nokundi, Dadu and Bhakkar 42 °C, Sukkur, Chilas and Rohri 41 °C.

Mainly hot and humid weather conditions are expected in most parts of the country.

However, rain-thundershower associated with windstorm is expected at isolated places of Kashmir, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar and Kohat divisions.

According to synoptic situation, seasonal low lies over north Balochistan and adjoining areas with its trough extending southeast wards. Weak monsoon currents are penetrating into upper parts of the country and likely to continue during next few days.
