Lebanon has called upon the United States to continue support to social programs for local communities hosting Syrian refugees.

The call was made by Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs Richard Kuyumjian during his meeting with Deputy Chief of Mission Win Dayton at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut.
