Five children were killed after eating poisonous food at a restaurant in Karachi today.

Mother of the children is also in critical condition and under treatment in hospital.

Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the incident and directed Commissioner Karachi to conduct its inquiry.

Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has also expressed grief and sorrow over the incident and has sought a report in this context.
