TENDER NOTICE 

              Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms for executing the renovation /civil/electrical work of the building of Broadcasting House, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Nusrat Road, Multan Cantonment. 

             The above work is the part of the PSDP project undertaken by Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (Radio Pakistan) in collaboration with Korea Radio Promotion Association (RAPA) and is to be executed as per International standards.

             The contracting firms having NTN Number should be registered with Income Tax Department Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Besides, the renewal of registration with PEC is essential. 

             Last date of submission of tender is 09.04.2019 up to10:30 a.m. Tenders will be opened on the same date on 11:00 a.m at PBC BH Multan in the presence of the bidders.

Terms and conditions:- 

1. The firms should attach 2.0% of the bid’s amount as earnest money, as pay order / demand draft in favour of the Controller (Project & Development) PBC Headquarters Islamabad.
2. Tender documents may be obtained from the following offices, during office time from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs, at the cost of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable).

3. Bidders other than Islamabad and Multan can purchase tender documents through postal / courier service by paying additional amount of Rs. 400/-.
4. The competent authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
