TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms having National Tax and GST Numbers for sell out/dispose-off obsolete store/spares through auction with the following terms & conditions:-

1. Firm must have a past experience for the above said job.
2. Tender must accompany earnest money of 3% of the bid amount (refundable) in the form of pay order/call deposits in favour of the Station Director, PBC, Broadcasting House, Mirpur Azad Kashmir.
3. Tender documents may be obtained from the office on payment of  Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) during office hours from the office of under signed.
4. Tender committee has the right to accept/reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
5. Last date of submission of tender is 09.03.2018 will be opened on the same date at 11.00 am in the presence of the bidders in the office of Station Director, PBC BH, Mirpur, Azad Kashmir.
6. All the bidders are requested to visit the site and to check the store/items spares at mentioned address before the filling of tender form.
