KP Assembly’s Opposition criticizes ruling PTI
PML-N Leaders say govt’s attitude towards provincial assembly business seems to be insincere and non-serious.
Opposition in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on Friday strongly criticized the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and coalition parties for their failure in running the assembly business.
Speaking on a Point of Order, Parliamentary Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-N Sardar Aurangzeb Nalotha, Mehmood Bithani and Malik Riaz said the government’s attitude towards the provincial assembly business seems to be insincere and non-serious.
They said a huge amount is spent on the assembly session, but it goes waste due to irresponsible and insincere attitude of the government.
They said the PTI government should resign if it cannot run the assembly session.
Later, the session was adjourned due to lack of quorum to meet again on Monday next at 3:00 PM.
