Pakistan, China friendship language center inaugurated in Gilgit
Syed Mehdi Shah says language center will further strengthen people to people contact between both friend countries.
Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah has inaugurated Pak-China Friendship language center in Gilgit on Tuesday.
The ceremony was held at cutting a ribbon at Boys High School in Gilgit.
On the occasion, Chief Minister said the language center will further strengthen bilateral ties and people to people contact between both the friend countries.
He lauded role of Chinese Overseas Association Gilgit and Education department for jointly setting up the language center sponsored by China Government.
In the center, forty students will get admission for two years diploma course in Chinese language.
Later, talking to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister Syed Mehdi Shah said one more center would be set up at Skardu very soon.
