Norway declared as happiest country on earth
Norway has been declared the happiest place on earth in this year's happiness ranking.
The World Happiness Report 2017 was released by a UN agency to coincide with the United Nations International Day of Happiness falling today.
It measures subjective well-being with regard to how happy the people are, and why.
Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland and and Finland round out the top five, while the Central African Republic came last.
Pakistan stands at 80th position while India is at 122nd number.
