State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmad says the government is committed to provide basic facilities to the people of far flung areas.

Talking to Radio Pakistan Attock correspondent he said development projects costing over four billion rupees have been completed in the district during the last two years.

The Minister said a Medical College and an Agriculture University will be set up in Attock for which two billion rupees have been allocated in the next financial year.

He said a overhead bridge over Basal Railway Crossing will also be constructed soon.
