Indian Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar has said that movement in Occupied Kashmir is now not Pakistani-driven but principally indigenous.  

In an article published in an English magazine "The Week", he said that the situation in Occupied Kashmir has spun out of control due to wrong policies of BJP Government.     

He said ignoring the ground realities, Modi Government is having roughshod over the people in Occupied Kashmir.        

Meanwhile, British Columbia Peoples Party says it joins people of Pakistan in observing Black Day today against human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir.  

In a statement, it said the party support the demand for holding of plebiscite to determine future of Kashmir.
