Maleeha calls for ending brutal repression of innocent Kashmiris
Pakistan's permanent representative to the UN underscores the importance for granting the right to self-determination to the people of Kashmir.
Pakistan's Ambassador to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi has called for an end to brutal repression of innocent civilians by occupation forces in Occupied Kashmir.
She stated this while Briefing the UN Security Council President, Ambassador Koro Bessho of Japan and top U.N. officials on the deteriorating situation in Indian occupied Kashmir in New York.
She underscored the need for granting the right to self-determination to the people of Kashmir and justice for victims of such heavy handed Indian tactics.
The Ambassador said that the human rights situation in Jammu and Kashmir was worsening because of non implementation of UN Security Council resolutions.
